Emergency Services Production Manager
Juan is the Emergency Services Production Manager for Empire Services West. He has over 21 years of experience and is an expert in the field of asbestos abatement and microbial remediation.
He oversees all commercial and residential remediation and abatement projects. He is responsible for all puchasing of field materials and equipment. He adheres to budgetary guidelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Andrew Pentland
Reconstruction Production Manager
Andrew is the Repair Production Manager for Empire Services West. He has over 10 years of experience managing construction projects in commercial and residential properties. He is committed to managing every aspect of the project to get it completed as quickly and efficiently as possible. His assesses the damages to determine exact needs, as well as site inspections to ensure compliance with contract documents. He conducts client consultations and maintains communication throughout the entire restoration and rebuild process to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
Sheri Brudos
Office Manager
Sheri is the Office Manager for Empire Services West. Before coming to Empire Services West she was a property claims adjuster for over 20 years. She uses her extensive experience in claims to assist customers through the mitigation and restoration process. She oversee all day to day operations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Xima Brudos
Business Development
Xima is a Business Development Representative at Empire Services West. She manages all social media accounts and marketing campaigns for Empire Services West. She builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers. She develops partnerships with local business owners.
Orenda Moyes
Business Development
Orenda is a Business Development Representative at Empire Services West. With her previous experience in insurance she is able to form partnerships with agencies and adjusters.
Floyd Carns
Owner
Floyd has over 15 years experience in managing residential and commercial remediation, mitigation, abatement, and restoration projects. As a KB-1 license holder, he oversees and directs all construction projects from conception to completion. Floyd verifies the project plans, specifications, building designs, and estimates for all commercial and residential clients. He meets with property managers, insurance companies, agents, adjusters, and private parties about claims and bid opportunities. He also seeks out all possible cost saving measures for the client to remain in budget. Floyd provides consultations for emergency restoration and construction services to commercial, corporate, and residential insurance accounts.
