"Do you have a hole in your master bedroom ceiling that is dumping water from your AC unit onto your carpet? Well, I did and had no idea where to go, what to do, or who to talk to. After talking with my insurance agent they recommended talking to a company that would be quick to respond, helpful, honest, and knew their way around the complicated industry which is home insurance; his recommendation, Empire Services West. "My unit was completely engulfed with sludge from my kitchen sink- overflowing onto the floor and drifting into the unit living room, during a time when my rental unit was unoccupied by a tenant! By the time Empire Services West came to the rescue, it was a site that was horrible...!! Andrew was an "ALL STAR" when it came to resolving my floor damage and replacement. (Wood laminate to ceramic tile). He remained calm, cool, and collected, while I was completely unglued seemingly forever. The rescue completion took a couple of months (because of the HOA process and procedure for insurance reimbursement and payment), but was totally worth it- the end result was a stunning masterpiece, i.e., cabinets, floors, and walls were in perfect order. Andrew, I can't thank you enough. We handled our communication only by phone, and emailed/texted photos- very challenging to say the least.
