It's happening right now
Flooding, fire or a burst pipe?
- Get everyone safe. If there is fire or a gas smell, call 911 first.
- Shut off the water at the main if you can do it safely.
- Call us. We come out, stop the damage and document everything for your insurer.
A real Empire job, day 1
It already happened
Rebuilding after a claim.
Every rebuild gets a project manager and a superintendent who stay with you from the first inspection to the final walk-through.

From the water to the keys, one company.
Most restoration companies dry the house and hand you to someone else for the rebuild. We do every stage ourselves, so nothing gets lost between crews.
You call. We answer, day or night.
Pipe burst at 2am, monsoon water under the door, smoke through the house. Call (480) 634-6446 and tell us what happened. We send a crew and tell you what to do until they arrive.
We stop the damage and dry it out.
We extract standing water from carpet, wood, tile and vinyl, then set air movers, dehumidifiers and negative air machines. Moisture meters tell us what can be dried in place and what has to come out, and we monitor the drying every day, on site and remotely.
We clear out what's hazardous.
Mold, asbestos and lead are common in older Valley homes. Our EPA and OSHA certified team removes them with HEPA filtration and containment, working with independent industrial hygienists who test before and after.
Qualified crews rebuild everything.
Your project manager writes the scope of work for your adjuster. Once it's approved, your superintendent brings in our qualified crews and vetted subcontractors for every trade, and runs them: framing, drywall, electrical, plumbing, roofing, cabinets, flooring and paint.
You walk through and get your keys back.
We oversee the inspections, then do the final walk-through with you. Nothing is finished until you say it is.

We work the claim alongside you.
Most of our jobs are insurance jobs. You shouldn't have to learn how claims work in the worst week of your year.
- We photograph and document the damage from the first visit.
- Your project manager meets you to agree on the repairs.
- We prepare the scope of work and present it to your adjuster.
- Once it's approved, you sign a contract that spells out the scope and budget before work starts.
Questions people ask us
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We work directly with insurance companies and adjusters every day. We document the loss, prepare the scope of work for your adjuster and keep you in the loop on every approval.
Do you do the rebuild, or just the cleanup?
Both. We're a licensed general contractor, so the same company that dries out your home or removes the fire damage also rebuilds it. Every trade is handled by our qualified crews and vetted subcontractors, with one project manager over all of them the whole way through.
What should I do while I wait for you?
Get everyone safe first, and call 911 for any fire or gas smell. If you can do it safely, shut off the water at the main and turn off power to wet areas. Don't touch soot-covered surfaces; wiping spreads it.
Can you remove asbestos and lead?
Yes. Our team is EPA and OSHA certified for asbestos, lead, mold and hazardous waste, and we work with independent industrial hygienists for testing.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We handle apartment complexes, HOAs, offices and retail, from a single unit to a whole building.
Where do you work?
We're based in Tempe and cover the greater Phoenix area, including Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Queen Creek and the surrounding cities.
